On December 28, 2015, in the conference room of Xiaoxian People's Government of Anhui Province, Mr. Yin Guoping, Chairman and General Manager of Huada Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and Mr. Li Fangru, Executive Deputy County Magistrate of Xiaoxian People's Government signed the “Project Investment Contract”. Huada Chemical Group invested 120 million yuan to build the “Hua Da Chemical (Anhui) Co., Ltd. Polyurethane Resin” project in Xiaoxian Development Zone. The project design capacity is 50,000 tons. The signing of the project contract is the domestic strategy of Huada Chemical Group. An important step in the layout, the project is expected to be officially put into operation in the first half of 2017.
